You will not see any other players while you're inside of the puzzle room. Once you enter the puzzle room, you're on your own. Grind mobs until you have enough kills to unlock the path to the puzzle room. This dungeon starts off as a relatively low training area which is Magic Only. The latest of our elemental dungeon series has arrived. This is just the start, magic will bring so much change to Curse of Aros and we can't wait to share it with you. Use the same class tome and staff for a passive buff of +10% accuracy and damage, and 25% chance of not consuming a tome when casting a spell. The enchanted staffs (level 30), are enchanted with Fire, Nature, Curse, and Ice powers. Group mobs together for some awesome AoE combinations and big crits. Once the outline is visible, you can hit the attack button to cast a spell. To attack mobs, click on the mob you want to attack and an outline will appear around them. Start using magic by visiting the merchant in Brightleaf and buying yourself a Wand and some Ember tomes. Getting too close is dangerous as you don't have as much defense as warriors. A mage's strength is keeping their distance and doing a lot of damage from afar. Every single time you cast a spell, it consumes a tome (more specifics on this later). Use cover and distance to your advantage with the new Mage class. Magic brings a whole new dimension to combat in Curse of Aros. So without further adue, Magic is finally here! One of the longest waited and hyped Curse of Aros updates have arrived. As everyone already knew, Magic falls on February 1st, 2022. Magic and tailoring are capped at level 60, we did this in case there are any unexpected XP exploits. Wishing well 50% xp boosts will NOT work for Magic + Tailoring on initial release (it will still work for other skills). Sunshine, beaches, ice-cream and peaches. 66 This is the start of Game updates in Curse of Aros :D. Multi-AXis Differential Optical Absorption Spectroscopy (MAX-DOAS) is a powerful remote sensing measurement technique which provides valuable vertical distribution information on atmospheric aerosols and trace gases ( Platt and Stutz, 2008). Consequently, it is important to understand the spatial and temporal variations in atmospheric NO 2 and HCHO for better air pollution management and control. The spatial distribution of NO 2 and HCHO is strongly related to their emissions due to their short atmospheric lifetimes. NO 2 and HCHO are also toxic to humans in high concentrations. Both NO 2 and HCHO contribute to the formation of secondary aerosols ( Jang and Kamens, 2001), while the contribution from HCHO is relatively small. Oxidation of methane ( CH 4) emitted from the ocean is the main source of HCHO over water. Major HCHO sources over the continents include the oxidation of VOCs emitted from plants, biomass burning, traffic and industrial emissions. VOCs also have significant impacts on the abundance of hydroxyl (OH) radicals in the atmosphere, which is the major oxidant in the troposphere. Therefore, it is widely used as an indicator of nonmethane volatile organic compounds (NMVOCs) ( Fried et al., 2011). HCHO is an intermediate product of the oxidation of almost all volatile organic compounds (VOCs). The emission of NO x shows a significant increasing trend in China due to the rapid industrialization and economic development in the last 2 decades ( Zhang et al., 2007 van der A et al., 2008 Zhao et al., 2013), making it one of the most severe air pollution problems. Major NO 2 sources include fossil fuel combustion, biomass burning, lightning and oxidation of ammonia ( Bond et al., 2001 Zhang et al., 2003). NO 2 is a catalyst for ozone ( O 3) formation in the troposphere, while also participating in the catalytic destruction of stratospheric O 3 ( Crutzen, 1970). Nitrogen dioxide ( NO 2) and formaldehyde (HCHO) are major atmospheric pollutants playing crucial roles in atmospheric chemistry. Our results provide a better understanding of the transportation and sources of pollutants over the Yangtze River Delta as well as the effect of emission control measures during large international events, which are important for the future design of air pollution control policies. The MAX-DOAS data show a significant reduction of ambient aerosol, NO 2 and HCHO (30 %–50 %) during the Youth Olympic Games. The MAX-DOAS data are also used to evaluate the effectiveness of air pollution control measures implemented during the Youth Olympic Games 2014. The result shows that the MAX-DOAS measurements are sensitive to the air pollution transportation in the Yangtze River Delta, indicating the air quality in Nanjing is significantly influenced by regional transportation of air pollutants. However, due to the short atmospheric lifetime of HCHO, the backward-propagated HCHO data do not show a strong spatial correlation with the OMI HCHO observations. The reconstructed NO 2 fields show a distinct agreement with OMI satellite observations. An age-weighted backward-propagation approach is applied to the MAX-DOAS measurements of NO 2 and HCHO to reconstruct the spatial distribution of NO 2 and HCHO over the Yangtze River Delta during summer and winter time. The comparison result of MAX-DOAS and OMI observations of HCHO VCD shows a good agreement with R of 0.75 and the slope of the regression line is 0.99. Replacing the a priori NO 2 profiles by the MAX-DOAS profiles in the OMI NO 2 VCD retrieval would increase the OMI NO 2 VCDs by ∼30 % with correlation nearly unchanged. However, OMI observations are on average a factor of 3 lower than the MAX-DOAS measurements. The comparison shows that the OMI observations of NO 2 correlate well with the MAX-DOAS data with Pearson correlation coefficient ( R) of 0.91. The MAX-DOAS measurements of NO 2 and HCHO vertical column densities (VCDs) are used to validate ozone monitoring instrument (OMI) satellite observations over Nanjing. Ground-based MAX-DOAS measurements were performed from April 2013 to February 2017. Multi-AXis Differential Optical Absorption Spectroscopy (MAX-DOAS) instrument. I took some in portrait mode and they are casting upside-down. If your videos are in a different format, or if the video bitrate is higher than 14 mbps, they will need to be uploaded to the Cloud first so we can convert them to a supported format for casting. Why am I being asked to upload videos to the Cloud before casting-can't I just cast them straight from my phone, tablet, or PC?Ĭhromecast supports the formats listed here: To resolve this issue, power-cycle your Chromecast by following the steps in the above solution. In their defense, attorney Charles Smith contended that the deal made between the parties was fair, stating that his client entered into a "lawful agreement" with Jansohn. During the trial, it was revealed that Miller and Hall targeted Jansohn, whom they perceived as an "easy mark" due to her simple lifestyle, part-time job as a crossing guard, and the responsibility of caring for her husband with dementia, as the San Francisco Chronicle detailed.Įventually, Jansohn's case came to light, leading to the arrest of Hall and Miller. Miller, who pleaded no contest to charges of theft and forgery, has already served time in prison, while Hall's trial is set to end with closing arguments today. Hall would later sell the property for approximately $1 million while allegedly transferring the proceeds through various bank accounts. Desiring to save her home from foreclosure, Jansohn signed the fateful papers over two rounds of margaritas with the help of real estate agent Tonika Miller and assistance from Hollywood actor Justin Rodgers Hall, who were allegedly working together.Īs The San Mateo Daily Journal reported, Jansohn was under the impression that she was entering into a reverse mortgage for $500,000, but was in fact signing her home away to Hall's company, Rex Regum LLC. In a shocking real estate fraud case that has captured the attention of the Bay Area, an elderly Redwood City woman, Sara Jansohn, unknowingly sold her $1.833 million home - according to Zillow Zestimate - for a fraction of its value after being taken advantage of in an elaborate scheme, according to the San Francisco Chronicle. Only job search Monday, Wednesday, Friday (or whatever works for you). How much is the job search THE priority in your life? Yes, it should be a priority… but so should taking care of yourself.Ĭreate a cadence for job searching. When something in your life becomes your EVERYTHING, you’re walking on thin ice when something goes wrong. No more wondering if your resume is even making it past the applicant hiring system. Get to know someone who works there BEFORE the job is posted – then, a few months later, that person will remember you and *poof* your resume is passed to the hiring manager. Create a list and reach out to someone at each of these companies on LinkedIn. What companies are thriving in your city? Conducting a simple Google search about the top growing companies in your city can help inform you of what companies will likely be hiring in the coming months. This mindset will make a world of difference. Treat networking conversations like building friendships. This posture comes across as pushy and desperate. This is an opportunity to learn what the company looks for in a candidate, and potentially have your resume passed directly to the hiring manager.Ī word of warning: do not view networking conversations as simply a means to get a job. Ask them to chat on the phone so that you can learn more about the role and the company. When you see a posted job you are interested in, rather than applying right away, reach out to a recruiter or employee at the company. Networking not only can help you get clear on what type of job you want, but it can literally help you LAND a job. The more you can learn about a career, the more clear you’ll be if that job is the right one for you. Ask as many questions about this person’s profession as possible. Ask them to chat for 15 minutes on the phone. Last but not least, network! Reach out to professionals (even strangers!) in a field you’re interested in. Assess what you value in a job, what your strengths are, and consider taking a career aptitude test to help steer you in the right direction. Sometimes clarity means talking to a professional, like myself, or a trusted mentor in your life. So how can you achieve career clarity? Clarity takes effort and time. No more feeling overwhelmed by what to type in the job search bar. Clarity on the job search is a game changer. The right strategy makes ALL the difference on the job search.Īre you ever flustered when someone asks you what you want in a career? I think everyone experiences this feeling at some point throughout life. Once you determine what’s NOT working, you can take steps to improve your job search method. – Relying 100% on resume for an interview – Not utilizing LinkedIn/Networking to it’s full potential – Lack of confidence when asked about yourself – Struggling to make it past the first round of interviews – Lack of career clarity, apply to any and all jobs possible So what’s going wrong with your job search? Here are a few common mistakes I see during the job search: You’ve tweaked your resume 50 times, updated your LinkedIn, and you’ve even connected with a few old colleagues about your job search. So what should you do when things feel radio silent in your job search? Check out these 5 steps to get your phone ringing and the career change ball rolling. You feel stuck and start to doubt if a career change will happen after all. You’ve submitted 50+ applications and haven’t heard back from a single recruiter. You feel hopeful, excited, and curious about your next career move. You revamp your resume, update your LinkedIn profile, and start applying to jobs. You’ve officially decided it’s time to ramp up your job search efforts. proto files that reside outside of a specific project’s code base.
